The 5k course is on wide tracks for a fast (or slow) tour of Gold Bar and Capilano Parks.

5k Fun Walk/Run:

This is a nice easy one for those who want to come out and participate while enjoying the smaller distances.

This will be a 5 Km loop around Gold Bar and something for everyone, from those who want to hammer out a fast 5k, to those who want to enjoy a leisurely stroll with friends to support a great cause!

All participants will receive a racers t-shirt and finishers will get a medal.
